1. Use of Our Website

By using our website, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years of age to make purchases if involving age-restricted products. You must not misuse this site, commit or encourage criminal offenses, or attempt to affect its functionality.

2. Orders & Payments

  • All prices are in GBP and inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
  • Orders paid by card are processed immediately.
  • Orders paid by bank transfer (BACS) must be paid in full within 78 hours of placing the order, or they may be cancelled.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch all paid orders promptly. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

4. Returns & Refunds

Consumers have the right to cancel orders within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Products must be returned in unused, resalable condition. Some goods may be non-returnable for hygiene or customisation reasons.
