Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days after payment is received. Orders placed over the weekend or during public holidays will be processed the next working day.
Some items ship directly from the manufacturer and may have extended lead times. Estimated dispatch is shown on the product page.
We use a range of trusted couriers including DPD, APC, Royal Mail, and pallet networks for larger items.
Delivery costs vary depending on order weight, size, and delivery postcode. Charges are calculated at checkout before payment.
Free delivery may be offered on select items or orders over a certain amount.
If no one is available at the delivery address, our couriers will attempt redelivery or leave instructions for collection. Redelivery fees may apply if multiple attempts are unsuccessful.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS if available. You can follow the delivery progress in real time.

Please inspect your delivery upon arrival. If anything is missing or damaged, notify us within 48 hours so we can investigate and resolve the issue quickly.
