Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from UK Bar Supplies. This policy outlines your rights and responsibilities when returning goods.

1. Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Orders)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.

To initiate a return, contact us at info@ukbarsupplies.co.uk with your order number.

2. Return Conditions

• Returns must be requested within 14 days and returned within 14 days of approval.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• Items returned damaged, used, or missing packaging may be subject to deductions.
• Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or misdescribed.

3. Restocking Fee

Some goods, including appliances and commercial equipment shipped directly from the manufacturer, are subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the item value for unwanted or incorrectly ordered returns.

This fee covers handling, re-inspection, and manufacturer processing costs. It will be deducted from your refund.

We do not apply restocking fees to returns resulting from damaged, faulty, or incorrect deliveries.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Customised or special-order products
• Perishable or hygiene-sensitive goods
• Items marked “non-returnable” on the product page

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, notify us within 48 hours. We will arrange collection and a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

6. Refund Processing

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 working days of receipt and inspection of returned goods.
• We may deduct return shipping or restocking fees if applicable, as outlined above.

7. Business Customers

Returns for business purchases (B2B) are subject to approval. Restocking fees may apply. Please contact info@ukbarsupplies.co.uk before returning goods.
