We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from UK Bar Supplies. This policy outlines your rights and responsibilities when returning goods.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.
To initiate a return, contact us at info@ukbarsupplies.co.uk with your order number.
Some goods, including appliances and commercial equipment shipped directly from the manufacturer, are subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the item value for unwanted or incorrectly ordered returns.
This fee covers handling, re-inspection, and manufacturer processing costs. It will be deducted from your refund.
We do not apply restocking fees to returns resulting from damaged, faulty, or incorrect deliveries.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, notify us within 48 hours. We will arrange collection and a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Returns for business purchases (B2B) are subject to approval. Restocking fees may apply. Please contact info@ukbarsupplies.co.uk before returning goods.
