This Payment Policy outlines the terms and conditions of payment for orders placed with P&R UK Leisure Limited T/A UK Bar Supplies, a registered company in the United Kingdom.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

• Credit or Debit Card: Payment is collected in full at the time of purchase via a secure payment gateway.
• Bank Transfer (BACS): Customers may opt to pay via BACS. Full payment must be received within 72 hours of order placement.

2. Payment Deadlines

Orders paid by credit/debit card are processed immediately. Orders paid by bank transfer must be received in full within 78 hours. Orders not paid within this timeframe may be automatically cancelled without notice.

We reserve stock for bank transfer orders for up to 72 hours. If payment is not confirmed by this point, we may release the stock for general sale.

3. Reminder & Cancellation Protocol

• We send automated email reminders 24h, 48h, and 72h after your order is placed.
• If payment is not received within 78 hours, the order will be cancelled automatically.
• We encourage customers to contact us if they require additional time or encounter banking delays.

4. Legal Compliance

This policy is issued in accordance with applicable UK legislation, including:
